Is this the first TS4 mod? Might be. ;D
Anyway, it is intentionally made to test s4pe's functionality, but it can also remove all the annoying intro.
*How It Works*
It replaces the video resources with empty entries. Thus, the game won't show the intro as it overrides the resources. Sounds like TS3 right?
*Usage*
Place the package into mod folder as what we usually do in TS3.
